Gentle spinal adjustments with McTimoney 'toggle torque' technique

What is McTimoney Chiropractic ?

It is a gentle whole-body approach to chiropractic care, using only hands to make adjustments to the alignment of joints of your body. These light, deft adjustments aim to realign the bones of the spine and pelvis particularly, reduce pain and discomfort, and increase mobility. I also use Soft Tissue Release and Massage Techniques to work on releasing tight muscles etc, complementing the McTimoney technique.

What is Chiropractic?

It is a healthcare profession that focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, with special emphasis on the spine.

A musculoskeletal problem can occur for many reasons; some of the most common are: incorrect lifting, traumas and stress, repetitive actions and poor posture. This can lead to pain, numbness, pins and needles, or restricted movement.
